The Popular Show Campaign 4 Reveals the Warriors Party

Ever since the premiere of the fourth campaign, fresh DM the talented storyteller has maintained audience suspense with extensive world-building, a diverse cast of characters, and a exciting storyline featuring celestial beings, demons, and sinister influences growing in power within Dol-Makjar.

Note: Revealing details for the latest installment of this adventure follow below.

The Soldiers Table Revealed

The latest chapter finished on a dramatic pause and revealed the first table of adventurers who will split off from the primary party to undertake their independent quest, separate from the other two tables.

This warrior group features Teor Pridesire (portrayed by the voice actor), the nimble rogue (the talented performer), the strong-willed figure (Whitney), Wicander (the player), and Kattigan Vale (the actor).

Why Split the Party?

Given a large ensemble, it was evident from the beginning that keeping everyone at one table would be impossible.

That’s why, the initial installments of this story serve as an Introduction, intertwining the characters’ stories before splitting into three distinct groups: Warriors, Strategists, and Questers.

What Defines the Warrior Group

According to the DM, the Soldiers table is for adventurers who enjoy a traditionally charged fight-heavy gameplay experience where non-violent answers are few and far between.

Initially, figures such as the squeamish cleric Wicander might appear out of place, but the actions of the latest installment show why these five characters are best suited for the combat party.

Reasons to Leave

To begin with, the party knows exactly where to proceed after a brutal initial meeting with The Crow Keepers.

Casimir of the deceased character—whose death kicked off the story’s plot—exploited the enemy for his personal gain, entering the secret base, assaulting the character, and taking all the enchanted items to dispose of.

The traitor then settled his liabilities and escaped to a fortified location in the northern region, beyond the urban center, with Cyd close behind.

Personal Motivations

Secondly, each adventurer has a personal reason to depart the urban setting:

  • The rogue, as Thjazi’s partner and trusted friend, desires retribution.
  • The adventurer is familiar with Timmony and cautions that it is a dangerous location.
  • The strong character and The healer, having defied his house’s orders to execute the fighter and instead freed him, have no other options.
  • But, their status as important members in the powerful family could enable the group enter locations they usually can’t.
  • Moreover, Teor swore a life debt to The savior for his salvation and will now accompany him anywhere.

Fugitives

Lastly, all of them are hunted by the rulers that control Dol-Makjar for a range of causes, making staying in the city too risky:

  • The rogue and The hero are notorious outlaws.
  • Tyranny and The cleric betrayed House Halovar and the legion of demons they are allied with.
  • The fighter is wanted dead by House Halovar.

This means them little choice but to journey toward the remote area in search of the antagonist.

Upcoming Developments

From the latest episode’s follow-up content, we learn that the combat party will be absent in the upcoming installment, leaving the other eight cast members to form the Questers and Strategists tables.

Viewers can look forward to learning which adventurers will be assigned to which table in Campaign 4’s concluding setup installment, streaming live on October 24.
