Performer Denies Anti-Vax Position After Voicing Controversial Coronavirus Documentary

Liam Neeson has lent his narration to a feature-length documentary that challenges the legitimacy of vaccinations and praises one-time government figure RFK Jr.

The Feature's Provocative Basis

Titled "Plague of Corruption," the project is based on a bestselling book co-authored by Judy Mikovits, who became famous during the global outbreak for allegations that Covid was a result of a bad strain of the influenza shot.

The book's collaborator, Kent Heckenlively, has previously authored books with controversial media personality a known commentator. The producer recently posted hailing Neeson's involvement in the project.

A Firm Rebuttal

A spokesperson for the actor have released a statement firmly refuting suggestions that he supports anti-vax views.

"Many acknowledge that misconduct may occur within the drug industry, but that cannot be confused with being against vaccines," the statement reads. "He never has been, and remains not, against vaccines. His extensive work with Unicef reinforces his long-held support for global immunisation initiatives."

The response noted that the actor was not involved in crafting the project's editorial content and that inquiries about its content are best addressed to the producers.

Central Assertions Within the Film

As presented, the voiceover read by Neeson features several provocative claims:

  • It suggests that pro-immunization voices have demanded "unconditional submission" to government bodies.
  • It posits that "science has become highly politicised."
  • Robert F Kennedy Jr is interviewed saying, "The major issue with vaccines is that they simply are not adequately tested."
  • The narration also criticizes Covid lockdowns, arguing they caused psychological harm that cost thousands of lives.
  • Concerning Covid vaccines, it references a perspective that they were "developed too quickly" and seen as "dangerous experiments."

Past Controversy and Current Disputes

It also references a historical film about AIDS medication trials on children, which was afterwards the subject of a BBC apology by the corporation for violations of guidelines.

Recently, Kennedy instructed the national health agency to change its longstanding position that there is no link between immunizations and autism spectrum disorder. This supposed link is also referenced in the documentary, even with a recent study from the World Health Organisation confirming no connection has been found.

An Earlier Record of Support

Contrasting the film's message, Neeson has in the past expressed firm endorsement for vaccines in his role as a charity ambassador.

Previously, he referred to vaccines as "an incredible human success story," adding that "The conversation about vaccines in lately has forgotten how much benefit they have done... It is perhaps one of the biggest shared accomplishments in our history."

The film concludes with Neeson's script proclaiming, "This is not the finish of our journey. Rather, it is the start of a new chapter."
