Locating a Venezuelan-affiliated Vessel 'Pursued' by the US Coast Guard

A uniquely yellow-fronted apartment block in the background assisted us locate the video.
We are analyzing images and video circulated this morning that show the scene of a reported vehicle-borne explosive explosion that Russian officials state fatally injured a high-ranking military officer in Moscow.
Russian authorities stated that Lieutenant General Fanil Sarvarov was inside the vehicle that exploded and that he later died to his wounds. An investigation is currently ongoing.
Our starting point to check the site from which the pictures originated was based on posts saying the explosion happened on Yasenevaya Street in the southern part of the capital city of Russia.
Our analysis employed street-view imagery on Google Maps and the local mapping service Yandex Maps to corroborate the unique yellow colour of a adjacent residential complex seen in the footage.
Locating other structures, lamp-posts and the street layout confirmed the exact location the footage were taken.
Additionally, we verified that the videos were recent and that the visuals had not undergone manipulated.
